Inside the Mind of a Great Leader

Corporate Sherpas - Autumn 2025 Executive Education Series

(March 6, 13, 20 and 27)

Market volatility, digital transformation, and innovation are changing the way organisations survive and thrive in every industry. At the same time, these factors are increasing the need for business leaders to equip themselves with the capacity to resolve both technical and adaptive challenges.

Project professionals and leaders are now expected to be business partners who can develop deep, genuine and meaningful relationships with their clients, in order to achieve better commercial outcomes, alongside strong governance and management practices. In view of this, there is a strong need for professionals to become true experts in forming relationships, and to develop an ability to move beyond solely carrying out knowledge-based technical services.

The desirable qualities of progressive professionals then extend to building trustworthiness, empathy, being approachable, and being adaptive. Further qualities include the ability to build healthy relationships, and the ability to make complex decisions without bias.

Corporate Sherpas invite you to participate in their Winter 2024 Executive Education Series.

The series of four workshops is designed to empower executives and professionals to create and renew competitive advantages for their organisations, via the strengthening of social capital.

Built upon psychological and neuroscientific research, the workshops will cover:

  1. Adaptive Leadership - Achieving business results by leveraging group IQ.
    When: Thursday, 6th March, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  2. The Art and Science of Communication Making sense and cutting through noise and chaos.
    When: Thursday, 13th March, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  3. Navigating Conflict with Courage Enhancing performance by daring to disagree.
    When: Thursday, 20th March, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

  4. Behavioural Science of Collaboration and Engagement - Understanding and Influencing the architecture of choice.
    When: Thursday, 27th March, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Drawing on more than 20 years of practical experience, as well as studies at Harvard and London School of Economics, the Corporate Sherpas have designed programs that help the smartest teams in Australia create opportunities amidst chaos and confusion. Their passion is to develop future-ready leaders that ignite ingenuity and tenacity in their teams, essentially they help transform Experts into Alchemists.
