Inside the Mind of a Great Leader
Corporate Sherpas - Summer 2024 Executive Education Series
(November 7, 12, 21 and 28)
Market volatility, digital transformation, and innovation are changing the way organisations survive and thrive in every industry. At the same time, these factors are increasing the need for business leaders to equip themselves with the capacity to resolve both technical and adaptive challenges.
Project professionals and leaders are now expected to be business partners who can develop deep, genuine and meaningful relationships with their clients, in order to achieve better commercial outcomes, alongside strong governance and management practices. In view of this, there is a strong need for professionals to become true experts in forming relationships, and to develop an ability to move beyond solely carrying out knowledge-based technical services.
The desirable qualities of progressive professionals then extend to building trustworthiness, empathy, being approachable, and being adaptive. Further qualities include the ability to build healthy relationships, and the ability to make complex decisions without bias.
Corporate Sherpas invite you to participate in their Summer 2024 Executive Education Series.
The series of four workshops is designed to empower executives and professionals to create and renew competitive advantages for their organisations, via the strengthening of social capital.
